Booking
A booking request made on this website or on WhatsApp is confirmed only when we reply with your date, flight and pickup time. Nothing is paid online.
Payment
You pay as agreed in our confirmation message, usually on the day of the flight. Prices are per person in euros.
Weather and safety
The pilot decides at dawn whether it is safe to fly. When a flight is called off for weather or safety, we offer you another morning or refund everything you paid – your choice. If the call is made at the launch field, our driver takes you back to your hotel.
Changes and cancellations by you
Please tell us as early as possible. We will always try to move your flight to another morning.
Health
Tell us before booking about pregnancy, health conditions or reduced mobility, so we can advise you honestly.
